I know I personally deal with this problem. I don’t have any faith when it comes to working out. IF I am able to go workout basically just for 30 minutes (and sometimes I am not even able to force myself to the gym…) then I have issues making it thought the workout. I don’t have any will power, determination or motivation.

But positive thinking about achieving goals and positive actions are helpful and is the first step to success in your goals!
