Recently I made a day trip down to Ashland, Oregon. I had done some research and found this vegan gem on main street and knew when I arrived that I HAD to stop by and order a couple of thing to try out!

NW Raw is completely organic uses a cold press method for their juice. Basically amazing if you ask me.

I asked the girl at the register to tell me what she would recommend as a first timer at NW Raw. She immediately chose some salads including the “north salad”, other menu items including the tortilla soup, juices such as the carabiner and smoothies. She recommended the nut mylk called the “whiteout” which is sprouted almond milk, vanilla, coconut nectar and himalayan salt. Taking her recommendation on many things I ordered it and it was SO SO good! It tasted like a vanilla milkshake. I also ordered the tortilla soup, the carabiner juice and a special of the day which was fresh young thai coconut water.

If you ever happen to be in Ashland, I definitely recommend going here for a great atmosphere, food, quality, and people.

Xoxo, Chandler

Wow, this looks delicious. I might have to drive down from Seattle :). It looks like they have a LOT of wheatgrass there!

If you do drive down from Seattle pick a couple places along the way to stop at! NW Raw is a great place. I have actually thought of driving down to Ashland again for a hike but then of course to stop off at NW Raw again
