This month I have actually been loving an array of different things! Everything from hair to makeup, lifestyle items to clothing and accessories.
Usually my monthly favorites are predominantly makeup and beauty related items buuuuttt this month is special…
So lets get into it.
LA Baseball Hat // I have been LOVING baseball hats for a while (like a couple of months now) and the obsession is still strong. I recently got this hat from Lids while me and my friend Tabi were at the mall. We went into the store to find a replica, or something similar, to this hat at Urban Outfitters.
IT Cosmetics CC Cream // I have used this foundation every single day since I have purchased and it has always gotten me through the day. The lasting power of this foundation is crazy, even for oily skin! Now I have the illumination version of the CC cream, but after it runs out I think I am going to give the original one a go. It is a medium to full coverage foundation, which I, on the daily, keep more on the medium side by using a beauty blender to soak up excess product.
Sephora Radiant Luminizing Drops // I purchased these drops in the shade 03 morning light (which is a champagne shade). They are gorgeous and more on the white gold side (which is my preference over pinky highlighters). Plus they are only $14! Which is such a steal compared to other liquid luminizing drops. The more expensive and intense version of this product is the Cover Fx Custom Enhancer Drops. (I’m seriously lusting over these drops in the shade Moonlight.)
RMS Beauty Raw Coconut Cream // When I first bought this I used it for makeup removing and skin moisturizing. However now I use it as lotion for my body and mainly for an under eye moisturizer. It just provides the most amazing hydration for my dehydrated under eye area. Now I will say that this isn’t fancy and some cream made from coconut oil. That is the trap I fell into. It is just plain old coconut oil and that is what I suggest you buy. For me, now I have this product and I am going to use it until it is gone! Coconut oil is amazing for an eye lotion at night so definitely try it! If you are wanting to try something else from RMS, their Living Luminizer is gorgeous.
Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet // I first found out about this lotion from a fellow sister and blogger, Samantha McNeil. (Check out here blog here!) She did a post about her skincare favorites and after chatting a bit and realizing we both have the same skin type, I knew I had to try this. To be completely honest, I am never a fan of jumping head first into a brand new lotion that I just spent $40 or so on and hoping it works for my skin. So when I noticed that Sephora was carrying this lotion as a 100 point perk, I picked up 4 to test it out. My skin LOVES this! This lotion is light but hydrating and my skin drinks this up in the best way possible. If you have combination/oily skin, this is a must try for you!
Ouai Wave Spray // This little beauty was something I decided to give a try even with my negative past with other wave sprays. I just never hopped on board with the sea salt sprays because of the way they make my hair crunch and sticky. THIS wave spray (which I will go into more depth in another post) doesn’t even have salt in it! It smells amazing and creates the most amazing wave if you curl it and mess with your hair the right way. It is a must.
Quay Australia x Desi Perkins “High Key” Sunnies // Unfortunately they are pretty much sold out HOWEVER do not lose hope! They are coming to more stores. Just follow Desi on twitter here to find out where they are being found in other retailers! They are perfectly oversized and are flat faced which makes them unique compared to other aviators. I have a whole post on them here. Check it out!
White and Gold Notebook (similar) // My gorgeous Big Melissa gave this to me in a basket during big little presents or reveal (I honestly can’t remember which) but I use it all the time and LOVE it! It is so handy to have something will me always to jot down anything important, blog post ideas, reminders etc. So cute and chic and has definitely been a favorite this month!
Let me know what your favorites were for the month of June!
