My Go-To Smoothie Right Now


Right now this smoothie is my everything.

At one of my serving jobs, they have a smoothie recipe called a “Thrive” and my go to smoothie is basically that.


12 oz of Orange Juice

2 heaping spoonfuls of greek yogurt

1 handful of frozen pineapple

1 handful of frozen mango

2 heaping spoonfuls of vanilla Vega Protein

You HAVE to try this. I have from 1-2 of these a day just to nourish my body but also sustain me when I am unable to eat.
