This smoothie bowl recipe is based off the of Jamba Juice’s “Island Pitaya” bowl (without all the nasty sugar juice).
What you will need…
1 cup of Pitaya
1/2 cup of Mango
1/2 cup of Pineapple
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 cup Almond Milk/Water (add more if needed to blend)
(If there are leftovers I just pop this in a mason jar and put it in the fridge for later.)
Pick whatever fruit you want! My favorites are…
Granola (I love this one!)
1/2 a Banana
It is honestly SO SO good! It is amazing as a smoothie as well (if you accidentally make it too runny).
