Leo Oil

Leo Oil was created by the glowing goddess and “for size” queen, Deena of LeowithCancer on Instagram. It is a beautiful medley of meadowfoam see oil, rosehip seed oil and blue tansy oil. This oil is for everyone. Even for my fellow oily/combination, acneic skin peeps!!!

Ingredients + their benefits for your skin:

Blue Tansy : a flower in the chamomile family that’s blue color makes it super recognizable. It is antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory so it soothes all different types of skin flare ups like dry, itchy and inflamed skin (this includes acne). It also has this amazing warm, herby aroma.

Meadowfoam Seed Oil : a medium to light weight oil that absorbs super fast and easily. It has no greasy feeling and is almost a dry oil for how quickly it absorbs. It is rich in fatty acids and stabilizes other oils to help them have a longer shelf life. Its weight and texture closely resembles human sebum. It also delivers nutrients deep into the epidermis.

Rosehip Seed Oil : an oil that is full of fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants. It helps correct dark spots and hydrate dry, itchy skin,  reducing scars and fine lines. It also protects the skin and increases cell turnover from a form of vitamin A in the oil, and it also contains vitamin E and C.

Overall 3 ingredients that improve your skin on all different fronts to create one hero product. Leo Oil.

I love using Leo Oil because I truly think it helps fight my acne, dryness, acne scars, hydrates my skin etc. the list goes on and on every night I put this on.

I know you might think oil is bad for oily skin or acneic skin, but oil fights oil. If your skin is too dry, your skin will go into overdrive to produce the moisture in needs creating extra sebum which is what helps promote acne. So making sure you hydrate your skin properly is essential.

Deena has created a beautiful product that is such a staple. Make sure you get in on her next batch!

xx, Chandler
